Through the Sudisfla Foundation, representing Surinamese individuals in South Florida, and with the support of Mrs. Mildred Pika, the students of OS Maretraite had the delightful opportunity to savor a hearty burger and enjoy a refreshing drink, generously provided by RUTU. Our school caters to students with a diverse range of disabilities, including learning and behavioral challenges, autism, and children with Down Syndrome. Most of our students come from low-income households.
Considering that most parents of our students can scarcely afford outings for their children, this experience was truly heartwarming for our students. These remarkable students are often overlooked, making us profoundly appreciative of donors like the Sudisfla Foundation.
